Apartment for a practicing Architect

The client's name is Akash he is a practicing architect, he got this apartment as a gift from his parent and
wants to turn it into an office home. he wants his colleague and his interns to work there, he is not very
fond of entertainment and doesn't require Television in his house, thus the wide spread living space was
an opportunity to turn it into an office work space.
The apartment has a drawing room leading to his office or the workspace where they are drafting tables,
work desk, and meeting spaces.
They are a children's room (if required in the future) and a parent's
room for his parent to use when they come to visit him, his dad has a
passion for reading so the room has a built-in bookshelf.
His room, where there is a lounge that compensates
for the lack of leisure sitting space in the living room.
Guest room can be
occupied by upto
