I am white with curly/wavy dry hair that is long and "ne. I've been

using this for over 4 years every time I wash my hair. I spray it on

and comb it through while damp. My hair will be rough and frizzy

if I don't use it.

I tried this on my hair in the summer and it's pretty light. I have

"ne hair that is low porosity. It seemed to penetrate Ok. I used

this spray to protect my braids before I went to the beach to swim

in salt water. I found if I used too much (really saturated the hair)

it felt greasy and made the hair stringy. But since I was going to

the beach I just sprayed enough to dampen my hair and then

added an oil moisturizer cream. I'd say use sparingly until you

"gure out how much is good for your hair type.

Yes it is! It is a great leave in for all hair types and before #at

ironing I'd also use the silk elements heat protection spray. It is

the best heat protection spray I've ever used
