Answer
1. All I know about these 3 topics is:
a. Main idea
The main idea is the center and the most important thing in a paragraph. It indicates
the purpose of the discussion of a paragraph. The main idea is usually found at the
beginning of the paragraph, but it is possible that the main idea can be found
anywhere.
b. Implied main idea
The implied main idea is not written directly by the author in the paragraph. Usually
it can be found by looking at the supporting details scattered in a paragraph.
c. Supporting details
A paragraph contains specific facts, statements, examples that lead to a complete
understanding of the main idea. Supporting details are usually used to conclude an
implied main idea.

___ = supporting details, so i must decide the main idea later.
Important Hardware Device on Computer

Input and output is a device/peripheral device that is used as an input and output
medium that interacts with the CPU through the input and output module in carrying
out computer functions. Input and Output devices are a major part of the computer.
They are a type of hardware device that makes up the computer system. These allow
the system to function properly with external help. They both deal with data but in
different ways.
The input allows the user to send data while the output completes the task related
to the data. These all are auxiliary devices that connect to the device and complete all
the tasks accordingly. Keyboards, mouse, scanners, etc are some of the input devices
while printers, monitors, headphones, etc are some of the output devices.
Another important element of a hardware system is computer memory. It is where
all the data goes either temporarily or permanently. It is mainly of two types – volatile
memory and nonvolatile memory. Volatile memory needs the power to function and
store information like static RAM or dynamic RAM.
Dynamic one is complicated to handle in terms of interface and thus requires
regular refresh cycles. Meanwhile, SRAM has a better interface but requires six
transistors per bit. Non Volatile Memory doesn’t require power to retain information
and some of the examples are – ROM, Flash memory, Optical Disks, etc.

The reason
Paragraph 1
Main idea :
Input and Output devices are a major part of the computer
The reason :
That sentence is a main idea because that sentence explains the entire content of the
paragraph where other sentences are more as supporting details or specific details
explaining an input and output.

Paragraph 2
Main idea :
This paragraph tells that the input sends data and the output is in charge of displaying
the data sent.
The reason :
The main idea is in the form of an implied main idea because in one paragraph it only
contains supporting details that explain how the input and output work.

Paragraph 3
Main idea :
Another important element of a hardware system is computer memory
The reason :
The sentence is the main idea because the sentence after it explains more about
computer memory where it is mentioned in the first sentence, that computer memory
is no less important than input and output.

Paragraph 4
Main idea :
This paragraph tells that dynamic memory is complex, while static one is quite easy.
The reason :
Implied main idea is used in this paragraph because in this paragraph it is more to
explain how dynamic and static memory works
