Who Are We?
EGNC is the central organisation that provides ICT Services to all Government
Departments and Ministries in Brunei Darussalam and is responsible for
overseeing the development of ICT personnel, providing centralised procurement
of ICT equipment and common Government-wide applications and shared ICT
Services for the Government Ministries.

Notes:-
1. Temporary pass will be given on the day students report to EGNC (HQ only).
3. Parking area is at non restricted place on First come First serve basis or otherwise stated (HQ only).
5. Students are not allowed to work overtime without Supervisor in-charge/line manager’s instructions.
6. EGNC staffs are not allowed to have morning session tea break away from the office. EGNC pantry is
available for use at all time.

Work Placement at HR Division
Main task
To update EGNC training data in HR System “EMPConnect”.
Others
To support all Human Resource Division’s tasks under 3 sections as follows:
• Resource Management:
– • Recruitment • Onboarding • Succession Planning & Job rotations
• Capability Development
– Implement L&D initiatives outlined under CDF • Develop and manage L&D Portal • Develop
& manage programme to improve ICT skillset for non-IT professionals
• Corporate Communications:
– Facilitate and conduct internal and external public relations activities at the organization level
• Identify related programs and develop initiatives and otherwise assist EGNC Divisions with
external communication and activities involving stakeholders in dealing with the general
public (e.g. exhibitions, roadshows, etc.)
