Essay on Interventions

Introduction.
Interventions are sprouted, nourished and developed in the inventory sound mind. The
interventions are made to think and executed only after fine research or else practically
experienced with certain situations. Rural India has well opportunities in the case of
Business, Entrepreneurship and organisation building. But the rural individuals are having a
scarcity of knowledge, education, Management skills and local resource usage. The young
rural aspirants are saturated with much knowledge and ideas but back warded in the
execution of the plans. The problems like lack of financial help, unscientific method, cultural
process and ethics etc. are avoiding them to be a success in their interested fields. The
problem identification and research on it lead to good interventions. 
These are my interventions that can be initiated to meliorate the rural livelihood and
communities:
 Self-help groups have to be funded easily and soon by the government, immediately
after applying, because due to delay of funding some SHG’s are performing badly.
 Farmers interested groups (FIG) and Farmer Producers Organisations (FPO’s)
numbers have to be increased exponentially through this scheme. The objective is,
Rural communities are dependent on Agriculture. So through FPO’s can achieve
agricultural good consequences.
 Extension of rural development has to be inculcated in every hobli level for
improvement of rural areas and avoid rural exploitations.
 Establish Skill Development centres in each Gram Panchayat level to enhance and
train rural youngsters in different categories to generate employability, to start
business and make them skilled aspirants.
 Educate the rural children with advanced technology aids to make out them to
compete with rest of the world.
 Self-Helped Groups has to be updated and modified where the government has to
sanction Equity amount as like for FPO’s to undergo the business practices.
 Develop a universal website for Indian based Self-help groups which has to include
information like Name of SHG’s, objectives of SHG’s, location of SHG’s, main
function undertaken by SHG’s, special features of SHG’s etc. for the mutual
connection and exchanging of products and business, build a network between the
SHG’s, to make a hub for SHG’s which helps to search and browse data of SHG’s in
an easy way.

Conclusion
These interventions may help full for slight improvement and enhancement of the
rural environment. Studies and researches are much executed in rural areas but practical
things have to perform in the grass-root level. Extending of rural technology extension has to
be performed for the communities and groups to get results in the improvement of the overall
development of communities.
