– Adjust the protective strip so that it is in contact along the entire
length of the door edge. The door protection can be pushed to
the side.
– If adjusted correctly, tighten the screws to the specified tight‐

screw.
– Now check that the protective strip is functioning and adjust
the movement.
– Close the door slowly to check whether it collides with the door
or the side section.
– Before adjusting the activator, pull the collar off the activator
tappet to release the adjusting mechanism.
– If the protective strip collides with the door when the door is
moved, the activator tappet -2- must be screwed out.
– If the protective strip is in contact with the door before the door
is closed, the activator tappet -2- must be screwed in.
– If the height of the protective strip -1- is not in line the edge of
the door -5- (e.g. in the right magnifying glass), it must be ad‐
justed with compensating washers -3- inserted under the top
or bottom screw (between metal and door protection) -2-. This
creates additional space under the door protection -4-.
– If compensating washers have been installed, check that the
door protection is correctly adjusted once again ⇒ “2.19.2 Ad‐
