As you are aware that District Veterinary Hospital, Kadipur is running of short
staff and also there is no regular VLDA working in hospital. It is to intimate you that District
Veterinary Hospital, Kadipur has to execute dual vaccination in Gurugram city under your
jurisdiction as such you are requested to deploy VLDA & Animal Attendants of your Sub
Division as per list below and ensure that Dual Vaccination is executed with proper following of
norms as per issued vide Ministry of Home Affairs as below:-




You are requested to deploy VLDA & Animal Attendants for said work and also
return a copy of list duly filled by your office.
