APPOINTMENT OF C/T INCHARGE FOR GIRL CADETS
INGOVT. CITYCOLLEGE(cOY NO.08/2). HYDERABAD
1. Please refer your letter No. CITY-GEN/2/2021-0/o PRINCIPAL-GDC-CITY-CE
dated 03 Mar 2021.

2. By considering your request vide your letter cited under reference to use the
services of ANO No. NCC/01310073 Lt S P Krishna Veni, Asst Professor in Economics
who has been transferred to your college.

3. Since your college has an ANO Capt Vara Prasad Babu who will be proceeding
on Superannuation next year. It will be possible to appoint her as a fuil time ANO of the
college. However it is possible that she be made incharge of the Girls NCC Cadet of the
college and uses her expertise for the benefit of the college girls cadets. Once Capt
Vara Prasad Babu Proceeds on his superannuation she can be appointed as the ANO
of the college until which she will be on the supernumerary strength of this Unit.

4. Presently there is no vacancy for the sanctioning of NCC Girls unit in the
Directorate (AP&T) however it is recommended that an application may please be fwd
to NCC GPHQ Secunderabad, 4(T) Girls BN NCC regarding the same.

5 It is therefore requested that Lt S P Krishna Veni be the in charge for the Girls
cadets of the college under this Battalion till the time she become the ANO.
