Commissionerate of Collegiate Education Telangana has
conducted review meetings with Principals, Academic Coordinators & IQAC Coordinators of certain Government Degree Colleges to review the academic and administrative issues on 02.11.2019, 20.11.2019, 21.11.2019 & 25.11.2019. In these review meetings Commissioner of Collegiate Education has identified that certain Government Degree Colleges are not maintaining the records in NAAC Assessment & Accreditation format.
In this connection Commissioner of Collegiate Education has
instructed the Principals and the Faculty of Government Degree Colleges irrespective of NAAC accreditation, to maintain all the records of NAAC Assessment & Accreditation in the Revised Accreditation Format. Commissioner of Collegiate Education has further instructed that each faculty shall submit AQAR with the details of their work in of at the end of every academic year and submit to the Principal for consolidation. Principals shall not claim the first month salary of the next academic year for the faculty who fail to submit the AQAR as mentioned above.
The Principals also and IQAC Coordinators instructed that they
shall prepare and submit the AQAR for every academic year to NAAC and Self Study Report (SSR) shall be submitted to NAAC at least File No.CCE-AC/GEN/91/2019-ACADEMIC CELL
three months before of expiry of NAAC Grade. Any deviation is
