 About the project:
We want to help the local people to sell natural
honey - the main activity to gain profits in Tuyen
Hoa, Quang Binh.
All profits from BeeWild honey products will be
used to support the conservation activities of the
Conservation Community team by: buying forest
tools, safety insurance for people when removing
traps, protecting a herd of white side-burned black
langur in Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh.

 CONTEXT

After received our project, we had a discussion and

decided to search for an organization that works to
protect wildlife. After few days of searching, we found
WildAct as a potential opportunity

Through some of their projects we were

interested by their professional and want to
be apart of them so we offer them a
collaboration in order to do our project and
help to educate students about protecting
wildlife
 CONTEXT

After sending email informed

WildAct about the offer to
collaborate, they decided to
organize a meeting to clarify
the context of the
cooperation.

● But the meeting also had some difficulties that was caused by
miscommunication and misunderstanding
PROBLEMS
One of the important things in the connection to work and
collaborate is to understand the basic purposes of the two parties.
=> The problems appeared: Not understanding the goals of both
sides
Reasons from each side:
- Org : Still not outspoken about the goals the
organization wants to give the team a lot of
consideration instead of just communicating it in a
way that the organization thinks so that the team
can understand it for themselves.
- Team: The goal given is something that the team
has not made clear, so the ideas about the goal have
received a lot of objections from the organization.
 CONSEQUENCES
the lack of understanding of the confusion in not having clear
each other's goals missions

=> delay the cooperation process of the two parties as well as the punctual
completion of the report
SOLUTION

After struggling, we have come up with some solutions & take actions:
● Have meetings on Zoom
● Again, emphasize our Business Project Goal: Collaborating & get statistic of
the result from the collaboration.
● Gather together and get to understand more on WildAct’s KPI expectation.
● Deal with them again about the KPI result - as we are still students, we have
nothing to ensure the financial result.
