All models in a British Motorised Infantry Platoon benefit from the following special rules as described on page 162 of the RoE rulebook:
Stubborn
Tactically Flexible
Elite: The player may wish to field a platoon from an elite regiment. All troops have a Discipline score of 3+ instead of 4+. The Platoon has
a Combat Effectiveness of 15.
Strategy Rating: 4
Combat Effectiveness: 13
Additional Equipment
The Lieutenant may distribute the additional equipment amongst the Platoon as detailed on page 162. The number of Requisition Points is
equal to the Combat Effectiveness of the force.

One Rifleman may be upgraded to a Medic (see General Special Rules on page 39). Medics are armed with a pistol.
The mortar may be exchanged for a PIAT.
The squad is mounted in an M5 Halftrack (use the profile for M3 Halftrack on page 216 of the RoE rulebook).

One section may be upgraded to a Recon section (+1 Support Point) with the Recon special rule.
The section is mounted in an M5 Halftrack.
COMPANY SUPPORT
A British Motorised Infantry Platoon may select one Company Support choice for each Rifle Section.
Note that the sniper team may hitch a lift with a section or is assumed to have travelled on motorcycles.
The section may be upgraded to a Recon section (+1 Support Point) with the Recon special rule.
The section is mounted in a Universal Carrier.
The section Bren Gun may be exchanged for a PIAT.
DIVISIONAL SUPPORT
A British Motorised Infantry Platoon may select one Divisional Support choice. Divisional Support is selected from the section on page
185 of the RoE rulebook.
