The Olympic Flag was created by Pierre de Coubertin, the founder of the modern Olympic Games. It contains
five rings, colored blue, yellow, black, green, and red. They symbolize five continents of the world. The colors
of the rings were chosen because at least one of them can be found on the flag of every nation in the world. The
rings are connected with one another. It means that the Olympic Movement is international and welcomes all
countries to join. In 1920 the Olympic flag was hoisted for the first time and the rings became the official
Olympic symbol.

Millions of people have trouble getting to sleep every night. Many people do not know why they have difficulty
in sleeping. Most of them know that tea and coffee often make it difficult to go to sleep because they contain
caffeine. But some remedies also contain it and interfere with sleep. Sleeping tablets may help you to fall
asleep, but when you wake the next morning you don’t feel refreshed. Our living habits also affect our sleep.
