Signed electronically on the basis of articles 1, section I, II, 2, 3, section I, II, XIX, XX, XXV,
XXX, 4, section I, II, 12, 13 of the regulations for the use of the Electronic File and Certified
Electronic Signature of the Judicial Power of the State of Baja California.
Letter Rogatory Number: 06/2022
That the file number 655/2020, relative to the Judicial Inheritance Judgment on
Assets of Herminia Castro Zazueta, issued the following agreement which literally
reads:
In your file, the document under registration number 9352, presented by Marco
Antonio osuna salgado, in his capacity as attorney for the complainant of the present
judicial succession, you add to your record so that you may act accordingly.
As requested by the promoter, the statements that she makes in the account and
attention to them are taken for granted, and since the death of the author of the
succession occurred in the county of San Diego, California, United States of America,
free attention letter rogatory through the C. Consul General of Mexico in San Diego,
California, United States of America through the Secretary of Foreign Relations
Residing in that city (Passport Office), in order for the assistance and commission of
this court to proceed to set the corresponding notices, as well as the publication of the
edicts that will be inserted twice every ten days in the consular offices, in accordance
with article 108 of the code of civil procedure for the State of Baja California, and 508 of
the Federal Code of Civil Procedure, as well as on the basis of articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of
La Haya convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters.
In order for my mandate to have its exact and due fulfillment, I urge you in the
name of the Judicial Branch of the State of Baja California, Mexico, and for my part I
request that you have the present in your power to order both proceedings on your
terms, assured of my reciprocity in analogous cases, based on the provisions of articles
2, 3, 4, 7, and other relative articles of the Inter-american Convention on Letters
Rogatory held in Panama City, Republic of Panama on January 30, 1975 and published
in the official journal of April 25, 1987, Article 78, section VIII, of the Mexican Foreign
Service Law and 108 of the Civil Procedure Code of Supletoria application to
Commercial Matters for the State of Baja California.
