California, United States of America, whom I have the honor to address, i make
known:

That the file number 655/2020, relative to the Judicial Inheritance Judgment on
Assets of Herminia Castro Zazueta, issued the following agreement which literally
reads:

Antonio osuna salgado, in his capacity as attorney for the complainant of the present
judicial succession, you add to your record so that you may act accordingly.
As requested by the promoter, the statements that she makes in the account and
attention to them are taken for granted, and since the death of the author of the
succession occurred in the county of San Diego, California, United States of America,
free attention letter rogatory through the C. Consul General of Mexico in San Diego,
California, United States of America through the Secretary of Foreign Relations
Residing in that city (Passport Office), in order for the assistance and commission of
this court to proceed to set the corresponding notices, as well as the publication of the
edicts that will be inserted twice every ten days in the consular offices, in accordance
with article 108 of the code of civil procedure for the State of Baja California, and 508 of
the Federal Code of Civil Procedure, as well as on the basis of articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of
La Haya convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters.

D) Nature of court proceedings:


Judicial Inheritance Judgment on Assets of Herminia Castro Zazueta, promoted by
Gloria Juana Castro Zazueta, which was admitted through a document dated
September twenty-ninth, two thousand and twenty, ordering the hearing of C. Agent of
the Public Ministry, which was duly released, and it was ordered to turn memorandum to
the Public Registrar of Property and Commerce of this city and the Director of the
General Archive of Notaries of the State, who promptly produced their response; in the
same way it was ordered to fix edicts announcing the unchallenged death of the author
of the succession in the place of birth and death of the same.

E) The object of the instance.


The transfer of the estate of the author of the estate to those who are declared heirs.

In order for my mandate to have its exact and due fulfillment, I urge you in the
name of the Judicial Branch of the State of Baja California, Mexico, and for my part I
request that you have the present in your power to order both proceedings on your
terms, assured of my reciprocity in analogous cases, based on the provisions of articles
2, 3, 4, 7, and other relative articles of the Inter-american Convention on Letters
Rogatory held in Panama City, Republic of Panama on January 30, 1975 and published
in the official journal of April 25, 1987, Article 78, section VIII, of the Mexican Foreign
Service Law and 108 of the Civil Procedure Code of Supletoria application to
Commercial Matters for the State of Baja California.

Mrs. Herminia Castro Zazueta, by providing date eighteen of may, regarding the date
of September twenty-ninth of the year two thousand and twenty, it was ordered to
publish this edict, announcing the death without trace of Mrs. Herminia Castro Zazueta,
calling those who believe with equal or better right to appear in court to claim, in
accordance with the provisions of article 792 of the code of civil procedures, letting you
know that he resides before the fourth civil court of this judicial court, under the case
number 655/2020 the Judicial Succession to Assets of Herminia Castro Zazueta,
promoted by Gloria Juana Castro Zazueta on July 9 of the year two thousand and
twenty, who appears as sister of the deceased, claiming the inheritance that may
correspond to him within such succession who was born in the city of Tijuana baja
California on July 7, 1922, son of Mr. Margarito Castro and Francisca Zazueta and who
died in the city of San Diego, California, United States of America on January 21, 2006,
so that it suits them to appear before this authority, within FORTY DAYS counted from
the last publication, to justify their right to inheritance and appoint executors.

Issue this edict twice every ten days at the consular representation offices.
