Background The Parason Machinery (I) Pvt Lt is engaged in the business of manufacturing the ‘equipment required for pulp & Paper Industries. We also execute the project orders for entire pulp line in which we need variety of valves to control the flow of the pulp & water. Presently the valves are bought out product for us which we source from Vaas, ‘Orbinox, Pawan etc. The smooth working of our any equipment is highly dependent on the Quality & reliability of operating valves. 1. Objectives Many times we have faced the complaints from customer regarding said problem. ‘The valves suppliers also are unable to supply the required Qty of required size in time and our project execution gets affected due to this. Hence management decided to enter in the business of manufacturing the valves. We have strong customer base of Paper Industry with strong marketing network across the country. During the current situations of recession we also wanted to add new product to support the core business.
