The OJT coordinator will simply call their attention, maybe the coordinator will just give
some report to the school about their attitude that they’ve shown in the office. And the
OJT students will automatically face the consequence whatever it is.
2. How should Mr. Abe rectify these behaviors of her students?
In order correct this kind of attitudes maybe he will just simply call their attention and
talk about what happened. And with that the students will able to change their action
instead of doing something which is not related to the work, they will do their job as a
OJT with good behavior.

2. Why is it that, student apprenticeship report is necessary?
Apprenticeship is a particular way of enabling students to learn by doing. It is often
associated with vocational training where a more experienced tradesman or
journeyman models behaviour, the apprentice attempts to follow the the model, and
the journeyman provides feedback. However, apprenticeship is the most common
method used to train post-secondary education instructors in teaching (at least
implicitly), so there is a wide range of applications for an apprenticeship approach to
teaching.

1. Why is it that the OJT coordinator should conduct a consultation with apprentices?
(20 points)
Good training coordinators can understand the individual learning needs of new
employees and the requirements of the employer to develop and execute a fun and
meaningful training course. While the curriculum is your primary focus, a class that is
unengaging will be ineffective. You should take the information you need to convey and
break it into the appropriate number of sections, so the course runs smoothly and isn’t
exhausting. Good training coordinators manage the classroom so that all attendees can
learn at the best pace. To be successful as a training coordinator you must have
excellent planning skills. A good training coordinator is able to gauge where employees
need further training and how to appropriately provide this training.
2. Why is it that visiting the company is important particularly in improving on-the-
job training program?
As technology advances and workplace strategies evolve, there comes a need for
professionals to align with these changes in terms of knowledge and skills. One of
the best ways to enhance knowledge and skills is through training. Providing
employees with relevant and consistent training can help improve performance and
efficiency in the workplace. Employee training programs help improve the
knowledge and skills of employees to match the various changes in the industry.
These improvements will positively affect the productivity of workers, which can
increase the profits and efficiency of an organization. Some of the things employees
may learn through training include work ethics, human relations and safety. When
an organization's employee performance appraisals suggest the need for
improvement on a particular subject or skill, training programs can be organized for
staff members to help satisfy this requirement. Training can therefore address an
identified problem area and work toward a solution. Training programs can also help
prepare employees who are moving into higher roles and taking on more
responsibilities in an organization. These programs will help them learn the skills
that are required to function effectively in their new positions. For example, they
may be trained in leadership skills or in a specific software they will use in their new
role.

The Talisay City College is an established local government College situated at Poblacion, Talisay City,
Cebu. One of the objectives of the college is to provide effective Vocational Technical Instruction and
training to students in their respective field of specialization. The college offers a course in Bachelor of
Science in Industrial Technology major in Computer Technology.

As a course requirement a student has to undergo On- the job Training in their field of specialization for
1800hour only.

 Trouble shooting a OS problem on pc  I learned how important OS is and also I’ve


 Basic Networking Trouble Shooting learned on how to protect you OS.
 basic troubleshooting for computer  I’ve learned on how to properly
audio problem troubleshoot a network problem in easy
 troubleshooting slow computer way.
 Troubleshooting windows  I’ve learned on how to troubleshoot a pc
with no Audio output
 I learned on how to determine if you pc is
slowing and what causes on it
 I learned how to fix blue screen , and how to
reinstall windows on the specific PC .
