Whatif Studio is a startup that works towards healthy living and conscious lifestyle choices through
body and mind wellness.

Our brand’s approach is towards sustainable and healthy lifestyle choices. We have started with eco-
friendly sportswear and now expanding towards the wellness sector to keep your body, mind, and daily
life healthy through Yoga, Meditation, Breathing, exercise, diet, etc. the main Idea behind the app is to
promote easy and small health habits that can enhance your physical and mental health. In this urban
lifestyle not all people like to go to gym or mostly its busy lifestyle who keeps us away from such practices,
despite the fact there are numerous health care brands in the market, none of them provide both physical
and mental wellness.

Recently, we have tied up with certified Yoga coaches, Fitness trainers, Dieticians, and nutritionists to help
our potential consumers to take a smooth walk through our brand approach and roadmaps.

We are a brand created by experienced team of people from institutes like NIFT, IGNTU, IIM etc.

Current Scenario:
Currently we have our website to sell our sustainable active wear from where we have got our vision to
more in this wellness sector, our apparels are also depicts the idea of brand. With the sustainable
approach, ecofriendly material and process we always promote conscious living choices. To make it big
and more impactful we choose our way to develop an application.

We have started the roadmap by creating a strong and niche community base that believes in the brand’s
approach. As previously mentioned, we have also started tie-ups with service providers, influencers,
designers, and tech partners to work alongside to achieve our idea.

We plan to generate a major part of our revenue through recurring packages in terms of services in the
following sectors like Daily, Women’s and Chronic Wellness, also, mindfulness and our curated shop
section for selected brands’ products in Yoga & sportswear, accessories, and packaged nutrition.

The market is highly competitive with a numerous players, still the company has become an end-to-end
market provider in the wellness space through an easy way to keep yourself healthy. No, we do not ask
you to lose weight or give you a chart of high costly nutrition. Our approach is to provide you with a
solution by enhancing your present lifestyle by balancing it through Yoga, Exercise, and meaningful diet.
We aspire to launch a one stop solution for all our offerings via a mobile Application in near future.

Phase 1:

1. Competitor landscape analysis: An end-to-end competitor brand research, SWOT analysis, and
marketing opportunity research.

2. Whatif’s entry point analysis: After SWOT analysis, forecast some of the entry point that we can
cover to tap the market segment.

3. Consumer analysis and research: Give a brief on our target market, segmentation, and
positioning from the market entry forecast data and analysis.

Phase 2:

1. Competitor’s Product/Service analysis, find key market players & their weaknesses, high market
tide.
2. What extra we can offer to these segment
3. Analysis of their App, to come up with relative ideas to improve in terms of user experience
4. Add points to product segments where our App can add a higher value than the apps that
