again. I’m psychology and I’m recruitment and selection manager of the
Profuturo Company. I’m part of the organizational development area of the
enterprise.
Today, my subject is to talk to you about to Profuturo Company. For this, my
presentation is on three sections. Firstly we talk about our mission, vision
and values company. Secondly, we talk about the services we provide.
Finally, we talk about important figures: number of employees, turnover and
profits your main, etc.

In Profuturo company our mission is get Mexicans to save their future. How
do we do it? Well, our vision is creating a bond of coresponsability with our
clients, providing honest and professional advice to face tomorrow in the
best possible way and we do it through our values: Loyalty, empathy,
collaboration and simplicity.
We save the future of Mexican with financial advisory services for
retirement, we show them the best options to invest their patrimony or your
pension (AFORE).
We have the support of more than 100 years of expereicne from Grupo Bal.
Currently some 1 millions employees who are part of this great family and
we have 3.9 millons customers of which 68 thousand make voluntary
savayings, we have delivered more than 42 thousand pensions and 11
thousend people their pension through Profuturo since we are the number
one offering 2022 returns in Mexico giving 6.8%.
We plans for nex year are continue saving the future of more Mexicans,
continue to be number one in returns and become number 1 in customer
service since we are number 3.

nuevo. Soy psicología y soy gerente de reclutamiento y selección de la
empresa Profuturo. Formo parte del área de desarrollo organizacional de la
empresa.
Hoy, mi tema es hablarles de Profuturo Company. Para esto, mi
presentación es en tres secciones. En primer lugar hablamos de nuestra
misión, visión y valores de la empresa. En segundo lugar, hablamos de los
servicios que ofrecemos.
Por último, hablamos de cifras importantes: número de empleados,
facturación y beneficios principales, etc.

En la empresa Profuturo nuestra misión es lograr que los mexicanos salven
su futuro. ¿Cómo lo hacemos? Pues nuestra visión es crear un vínculo de
