Researchers: Good Morning sir.

JMU: Hello, Good Morning.

Researchers: We are students of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-

Mid La Union Campus from College of Information Technology. We would like to
ask few questions about the Uncle John’s Car Rental.
JMU: Yes, sure.

Researchers: How do your customers know about your services?

JMU: Usually In Facebook page and Refer of the previous customer then they
contact me in Messenger.

Researchers: Follow up Question: Is the area usually here in La Union as well?

JMU: Most likely here in San Fernando or Vacationer from other countries

Researchers: What happen if the car is in an accident? Is it dictated on the Terms &
Conditions?
JMU: actually before giving the car to the customer we orienting them about
First, this car is not under comprehensive insurance because there are comprehensive
and third party license liability. When we say comprehensive insurance, it means
whatever happens at the car or “if may accident na involve yung human or living
things is cover ni comprehensive. However if 3rd party liability which is yun yung na
desk sa car rental dahil sabi nila comprehensive is not allow in car rental dahil high
risk siya at iba iba ang gumagamit kaya yung accident mostlikely mas mataas yung
chance so there party liability is ka pag may napatay lang o may na disgrasya na tao
pero pag sa saksakyan is hindi na covered so ang ginagawa namin ineexplain namin
na may percent silang babayaran”.

Researchers: Do you have inventory from the beginning of your firm to the present
or in the year 2020-2021?
JMU: Yes, actually last year January to December 2021 I’ve made 800 to 900
thousand expenses and finance so net is 400 thousand.

Researchers: Can you provide specifics about the company's growth from 2020 to
2021? Such as the number of clients you have.
JMU: Actually it raise from 4-5 customer it become 45-50 regular customer

Researchers: How many employees does the company have at present?

JMU: 1 or 2 it’s under persive, the owner and employee

Researchers: On the App we will create, do we need to require a GPS?

JMU: That’s a nice idea but sounds difficult actually when it comes to an app that
focusing in booking system it’s not necessary actually “meron naman na akong app
na 3rd party namomonitor ko na yung saksakyan”.

Researchers: Can we impose some payment options on the app like G-cash, E-
wallet, Bank transfer that clients can acquire on the site?
JMU: Yes, yes
