1. Create a script about a manager who is about to take a leave of absence from his/ her work for
one (1) week, delegating the responsibility of his job to his/her assistant manager. 

Manager ; Good morning, I'd like to delegate my duties as manager to you as my assistant. I have
some important things to take care of before I leave for a week. And I'll leave you some meeting
schedules. I want you to attend those meetings and just tell me the meetings all about.
Also included are some important papers.
Assistant ; It's my job to follow everything you tell me ma'am. Is there anything else you want me to
do?
Manager : that's all for now. I'll call you when I forget something, okay?

1. If you were a manager in an administrative office, what type of communications, do you think, is
easy, quick, and effective to use in communicating to your staff? Oral [through mouth or phone],
written [though email or hard copy memo]? Support your answer.

When I am an administration manager I think the effective communicating to my staff is oral through
mouth. Because my staff will understand better what I want them to do. And for them to know what I
am as their manager.
