Daily:
Thesetasksshouldbeperformedatthebeginningofeachshiftandcheckedbetween
rollchanges
Ver tical heat sealer :
1.Scrapeplasticbuildupoffverticalhotknifewiththehamerhotknifescraperonly
2.Checktheteflonpaperforplasticbuildupandclean,ifnecessary
3.Checkteflonpaperforwearandrotate,ifnecessary
4.Checkthesiliconerubberclampingtubesforplasticbuildupandcleanwithrubbing
alcohol,ifnecessary.replaceifanyripsortearsarevisible.
Belt path:
1.Checkforplasticjammedinpulleysandaroundfillopening.remove,ifnecessary
2.Checkfilmfeedbeltsforplasticbuildup.clean,ifnecessary
General maintenance:
1.Drainthewaterseparatorifanywaterispresent
2.Checktheoilfeedofthelubricatorbowlandadd,ifnecessary(10whydraulicoil)

ThehemermodelAPI750heatsealisdesignedtoform,fillandsealbagsizesof10"to16"wideby16"to35"long.
Toactivatethismachineproductmustenterthevolumetricfiller.productisdetectedbyasensorinthefiller
whichactivateaacamthatstrikesthelimitswitchonthefillerdrum,thelimitswitchsendsanelectricalsignal
tellingthefilmfeedclytchtoengage;thusreleasingtheclutchbrakeanddrivingthefilmfeedbelts,which
advancesthefilmthisputspressureonthedancerarm,activatingthebrakeairvalveandallowingthefilmroll
toindexwiththemachine.
Theindexingiscontrolledbythephotoeyewhichreadstheeyemarkonthefilm,locatedaccordingtothebag
widthyouhaveselected,thephotoeyethemsendsasignaltotheprogrammablecontrollerinsidetheelectrical
box this advances the film to the next station where the film is perforated at the top for separation. the film
adbancesandthesidesareformedbythevericalheatsealerandseparatedbythehotknife.whilethisoperation
istakingplace,thebaginfrontisallowedtimetocoolsothesidesealscancreateasolidbondbeforebeingfille
dwithproduct.
Thebagthenadvancestothefillstation,whereitisopenedtoitsmacimumwidthbytwojaws.itisfilledwith
producttotheprescribedweightandsupportedbytheconveyortotheendofthemechine.
Thebaggedproductthenmovesthroughthehorizontalheatsealerandsgainiscooledbeforebeingseparated
beingseparatedfromthepreviousbagbythetearoffandprwasentedforyourproducthandlingsystem.

Thehorizontalautomatic packagingmachineis abagoficeintothebagofequipment.Packaging fast,stable, high
degreeofautomation,savingmanpower;Inadditiontheinterfaceimageisintuitive,easytooperate,withanti-misuse
function,faultalarmclarity,easytoexcludeandmaintain.
Prior to the use of the equipment, the equipment should be equipped with suitable compressed air, electricity,
environmentandotherconditionsaccordingtotherequirementsoftheequipmenttoensurethenormaluseofthe
machine.Theequipmentisusedasfollows:
Powersupply:single-phase/AC220V(powercordshallbeequippedwith3x6mmsquaredcable)
Allowstheuseoftheenvironmenttemperature5℃to40℃(hightemperatureistoolowwillaffectthemachinerun)
Airsupplypressurerange:0.73mpa~0.9mpa.
Beforeuse,theuserormanufacturershallinstallanddebugthefollowingwork:
installthemachinepowersupplycordtotheuser'spowerdistributionbox,distributionboxforacircuitbreaker,
providepowerisacsingle-phase220v,equippedwithNterminal(neutral),PEterminal(protectiveearthingline).
Besuretobegrounded.
Installtherelativeairsupplypipeaccordingtothepipeofthemachine,andconnecttheairsupplypipetothe
airsource(oraircompressorsupplyport)toensurethepressureoftheairsourcemeetstherequirementsofthe
machine.
Beforethepowersupplyoftheequipment,thevoltageinthepowerdistributionboxshallbemeasuredtomeet
therequirementsofthepowersupplyvoltageoftheequipment.Onlythepowersupplyswitch(circuitbreaker)
canbeclosedwiththerequirementofuse.Inaddition,theairsupplyvalveshouldbeopened.Ifitisdirectly
connectedtothecompressor,pleaseturnonthecompressor.

Thisinterfacecanvisuallyseetherunningstatusofwholemachineequipmentcanreal-timemonitoringpull
membranemotor,carrierbag,membraneandsendtheclutchbrakemotor,cuttingwheel,transversesealing
mechanism,theverticalsealingmechanism,packing,tearfilmmachine,andsoon;Inaddition,thecurrent
packingtimes,packingspeedandoutputcanbemonitored.Thewholeinterfacedynamicreal-timedisplay,
theimageisintuitive.
Inthemaininterfacefigure2-1,theuppermostcolumnisthetitlebarandthetitleisthecurrentinterface
name.Ontheleftisthecompanylogo,ontherightisthecurrentdateandtime;Thecolumnunderthetitle
baristhespeedandcapacityofequipmentpackaging.Alargepartoftheinterfaceisthereal-timestateof
eachinstitution,andthevisualimageshowstheactionofeachinstitution.Atthebottomoftheinterface
istheinterfacejumpbar.Thekeyherehasthefunctionofinterfacejump,anduserscanclicktojumptothe
requiredinterface.Ontherightsideoftheinterfaceisthemachinerunningstatusprompt,automaticmode
button,start,stopbutton.

The functions of each key are described below:
<1> "full-automatic" mode interface: the "fully automatic" button in figure 2-1 is the full-automatic
modebutton.Ifthecolorofthekeyisgray,itindicatesthatthemachineisnotinfullautomaticmode.
If you want to use automatic mode, users need to switch to "manual" knob automatically, and then
clickonthe"automatic"buttoninthemaininterface,thenbuttonwillbechangedfromgraytogreen,
showsthatthemachineisinautomaticmode.Infullautomaticmode,theequipmentwillautomatically
feed, wait for materials, and the hopper will be automatically run. If it is the general automatic equip
mentdowntimeafterlackofmaterial,thenevenifhoppermaterialfilledagain,alsocan'topen,need
artificialopen(pressthestartbuttonorstartbuttoninthemaininterface).
<2>"start"button:inautomaticorautomaticmode,thestartupofthemachinedevicecanberealized
byclickingthe"start"buttonofthemaininterfaceonthetouchscreen.Canalsothroughtheoperation
panel or handheld entities operating box button (green button) machinery and equipment is up and
running,whenthedeviceisinoperation,"machinestatus"onthetouchscreenpromptsintheoperation
ofthe"automatic",indicatesthatthedeviceisintherunningstate.
<3>"stop"button:intheautomaticrunningdevice,ifyouclickthe"stop"buttononthemaininterface
orthephysicalbuttonontheoperationpanelorthehandheldoperationbox,themachinewillstop.
<4>Thebottomlineof>interfaceisajumpbuttonforallwalksoflife,suchasclickingthe"bootinterface
" to jump to the language selection interface, as shown in figure 1-1; "Function" button can jump to the
functionalinterface,asshowninfigure3-1;Clickthe"parameter"buttontojumptotheparameterinterface,
asshowninfigure4-1;Click"manual"tojumptothemanualinterface,asshowninfigure5-1;Byanalogy,
clickthe"I/O"buttontojumptotheI/Ointerface;Click"alarm"tojumptothealarminterface.Infigure2-1,
the current interface is the "main interface", and you can see the color of the "main interface" button is
green, which is different from other interface jump buttons. Therefore, the color of the interface jump
buttoncanbeusedtodeterminetheinterfaceofthecurrentinterface.
<5>Inaddition,the"alarm"buttonwillflashdisplay(intermittentdisplayofred)whenthealarmappears,
indicatingthatthereisanalarmorinformationprompt.Userscanclickthebuttontojumptothealarm
interface, as shown in figure 7-1. The current alarm and history alarm information can be viewed in this
interface.

The function of each key is described below.
<1>"reset"shiftproduction:clickonthisbuttontoshiftproductionvalueto0,thiscanbein
the main interface to view "shift production values, the value to 0 after clicking the reset
button.

<2>reset"production":clickonthisbuttontoclearthetotalproductionvalueto0,itcancheckthe
"output"inthemaininterfaceofnumericalvalue,thevalueto0afterclickingtheresetbutton.
<3>"factoryparameterrecovery":clickthisbuttontorestoretheparametertothefactoryvalue.Before
using this key function, it is recommended that the user save the current working parameter record and
thenclickrestoretothefactoryvalue,sothatthepreviousparametercanbeavoided.Thisbuttonneedsto
havecertainpermissiontooperate,thepersonwhodoesnothavepermissioncannotoperate.Thisfeature
isnotrecommendedforfrequentuse.
<4> "permission login" button: click this button to access permissions. After clicking, the permission login window
willpopup,asshowninfigure3-2.Atthetopoftheauthorityloginwindow,thereare"username"drop-downoptions
and"password"inputboxes,thepermissiondescriptionoftheusernamebelowthepasswordcolumn,andthenumeric
keys.Theuserfirstclicksthe"username"drop-downoptiontoselecttheusernametologin,thenclicksthe"password"
inputboxandUSESthenumerickeytoenterthecorrectpassword.Seefigure3-3.Whenthepasswordisenteredcorrectly,
the user can operate the key and parameters of the corresponding permissions. If the password is incorrect, you can'
tmanipulatethepermissionsandparameters.
<5>"permissionscancellation":clickonthisbuttontologoutlogged-inprivileges,tomakeitrecovertonormal
userrights,ithaspermissionsforgeneralstaffcannotoperationbuttonsandparameters,andcanavoidthebutton
andtheparameteriswrongoperationwithoutmodification,maketheequipmentoperationmorestable.
<6> "time modification" : when the user has permission, click this button to pop up the date time to modify the small
window,asshowninfigure3-4.Youcanseethe"currentdate","setdate",and"return"and"confirm"buttonsintheyellow
box.Iftheuser'slocaldatetimeisnotconsistentwiththe"currentdate",youcanenterthecurrentaccuratelocaldatetime
inthe"setdatetime"inputbox.Aftertyping,click"ok"andyoucanseethatthe"currentdate"hasbeenmodifiedtotheexact
dateset.Click"return"buttonaftermodification,thenclosethissmallwindow.Iftheuserdoesnotwanttomodifythedate
time,theusercandirectlypressthe"return"buttontoreturn,sothatthesmallwindowwillbeclosed.
<7>Thebottomcolumnof>istheinterfacejumpbutton,whichisnolongerdescribedhere,butcanrefertothedescription
inthe"maininterface".

Figure4-1istheparameterinterface.Thesettingofparametervaluescanbemodifiedaccordingtotheactual
needs.Ifthemodifiedparameterscannotmeettherequirementsofusers,themanufacturercanmodifythem.
If the parameter is wrong, you want to restore the factory value, and you can press the "factory parameter
recovery"inthe"function"interface.
The meaning of each parameter is briefly described below.
<1>"longitudinalsealtime"parameter:thisparameterreferstothetimewhenthelongitudinalsealrollersealsthe
packagingfilmbag,andthetimesettingofthisparameteristooshorttosealthesealingfilm,anditcan'tevencutthe
membrane.Toolong,itwillleadtothesealingofthemembraneoverheat,thefilmcokingtoomuch,andalsowillcause
thelongitudinalsealrollertoadheretotheplastic,thenextseal.Therefore,theparametersshouldbesetaccordingto
theactualsituationsothatthebeautifulbagcanbesealed.
<2>"longitudinalsealtime-out"parameter:thisparameterreferstothereturnoftheverticalsealrollerifthelengthof
theclosingtimeexceedsthissetvalue.Thistimeshouldnotbesettoosmall,otherwiseitiseasytoaffectthepackaging
speed.
<3>"automaticallywhenthetearfilmdelaystop"parameter:thisparameterreferstotheautomaticorautomaticmode,
andwhenthemachinestoppacking,tearfilmmotornotstopimmediately,butwilldelaythetimetostop.Ifthemachine
equipmentisturnedonagainduringthedelayofthetearfilmmotor,thetearfilmmotorwillstopthedelay,anditwillrun
thetearfilmmotorinthemodeofautomaticoperation.
<4>"pointmovewhenthetearfilmdelaystop"parameter:thisparameterreferstotheinchingmode,andwhenthe
machinestopsystemisinstalled,tearfilmmotornotstopimmediately,butwilldelaythetimetostop.Ifthemachine
equipmentisturnedonagainduringthedelayofthetearfilmmotor,thetearfilmmotorwillstopthedelay,andthetear
filmmotorwillberunaccordingtotheoperationmode.
<5>"colorcodedetectiontimeoutparameter:thisparameterisusedtomachineequipmentbagtensilemembraneonthetarget
detectionofcolor,ifthedetectorinthetimedidnotdetectthecolorcode,themachinewillalarmequipmentdowntime.Onthe
alarminterface,youcanseethealarminformationthatcannotbedetectedbythecolorstandard.Theusershouldsetthe"color
markdetectiontimeout"accordingtothespeedofthefilmandthedistancebetweenthetwoadjacentcolormarksonthefilm,
whichismorethanthetimewhenthecolortargetcanbedetected.Ifthesettimeislessthantheactualcolorstandardtest,itwill
causethemachineequipmenttostopthealarmandstopworkingproperly.
<6>"turnovertime"parameter:thisparameterisusedtodetectwhetherthefeedingrotaryplateisblockedandwhetherthe
rotatingspeedistooslow.Atthemoment,therotatingspeedistooslow.Whentheactualtimeofeachturnisexceeded,thealarm
willbestopped.
< 7 > since the launch of the "automatic delay" parameter, this parameter is used in the automatic mode, if the machinery and
equipment,shutdownforlackofmaterialwhenthematerialaddedtothelackofmaterialtestingpositionagain,machinewilldelay
waiting for this parameter set the time, then automatically opens for packaging. This parameter should not be set too small,
otherwise,themachineequipmentwillimmediatelyopenthematerialthatcausedthepackagingtobedissatisfied,andcannotmeet
thepackagingweightrequirement.

<8>"longitudinalsealdelay"parameter:thisparameterisusedtotriggertheactionofthelongitudinalseal,andthenthesealingaction
willbeperformedbeforetheverticalsealingrollerwaitsforthetime.Thistimeismainlyusedtocooperatewithotherinstitutionsto
makethemachinerunsmoothlyandsteadily.Thisparametershouldbesetaccordingtotheactualreasonable,nottoosmall.
The meaning of each parameter is briefly described below.
<9>"horizontalsealblowingtime"parameter:whenthisparameterisusedtosealthebagwiththetransversesealing
roller,thetimeofairblowingactionofthehorizontalsealblowingpipeiscarriedout.Thisparametershouldbeset
accordingtotheactualsituation,nottobetoosmall.
<10>"feeddelayloading"parameter:thisparameterisusedforthematerialquantityofthehoppertodropfromthefilling
positionanddelaytheparametertime,andthencontrolthefeedingdevicetoaddthematerialtothehopper.Donotneedto
waitforthematerialtoreducetothepositionofmissingmaterial,thenaddthematerial.
Thebottomlineistheinterfacejumpbutton,whichisnolongerdescribedhere,butrefertothedescriptioninthe"maininterface".

Inthemanualinterfaceoffigure5-1,therearesomemanualkeys.Whenthemachineisswitchedfrom"automatic"to"manual"
mode,theuserwaitsforthemachinetostopandthencanmanuallyoperatethecomponent.I'lljustgiveyouanexampleofthat.
<1>conveyorbeltbutton:clickthisbuttontomanuallyopenorstopthebagconveyorbelt.Ifthebuttoniscurrentlydisplayedas"
conveyorbelthasbeenclosed",itindicatesthattheconveyorbeltisclosedatthistime;Afterclickingthebutton,theconveyorbelt
startsrunning,andthekeycolorturnsgreen,andthetextbecomes"theconveyorbeltisopened".Thestateinformationofthe
organizationisstraightforward,andyoucanalsoseetheicondynamicdisplay,veryimage.
Otherkeys,suchasthepullfilmmotorkeys,pullfilmclutch,andsoon,aresimilar.Needtoexplainhere,manualoperationhadbetterpay
attentiontotheactionofconflictbetweendifferentinstitutions,suchasopenthemouth,thepackingbelt,pullfilmmachine,filmclutch
arenotallowedtolive,becauseifpullmembranemotorandclutchelectricmembrane,tensilemembraneelectricaloverload,atthesame
timemayalsobestraintensilemembranebelt.Althoughproceduralconflictshaveconsideredtheseinstitutions(interlockfunction),make
surethatthereisnoelectricityatthesametime,butstillsuggestuserstoformagoodhabit,toavoiddamagetomachineryandequipment
accidentoraccident.

Figure6-1istheinputandoutputportinformationofthemachineequipment.Whentheinputporthasthesignalinput,the
corresponding indicator light icon will turn green. For example, when the X0 corresponds to the "start" signal, the square
indicatorofthedotwillchangefromgreytogreen.Whentheoutputporthasasignaloutput,thecorrespondingindicatorlight
iconwillalsoturngreen.
Theusercanmonitortheinputandoutputcomponentsthroughthisinterface,andwhethertheinputandoutputisnormal,
insteadofopeningtheelectriccabinettochecktheinputandoutputindicatoronPLC.

7.Removethebeltbackupassenbly(onesideofbeltpathonly,samesideasinstep#6)byremovingthetwooutsudehexnutsthat
mountthebeltbackupbracketandslidingthebeltbackupbracketoutfromthebeltbackup.
8.Removethebeltpreeureofthetearoffsystem(see“adjustment”sectionforinstructions).remveoneofthetearoffpulleysfrom

3.8Filmrollbrakecam
Thedancerarmfilmfeedrollersaidinthefilmunwindprocess.whenthefilmfeeddrivesystemstops,thedancerarmispulledbacktothehomepssitionbythe
dancerspring.
Inthisposition,thedancerarmneedstoactivatethebrakeairvalve.thisisachievedbythepositioningofthebrakecam.withthedancerfilmfeedrollers
asshowninfigurefour,withthemachineturnedon,loosenthecamsetscrew.

Theproductwigglerpreventsproductinthehopperfrom“bridging”.theproductremaingseparateandflowseasilyintothebag.
3.13Conveyoradjustment
Thecomveyormaybeadjustedtoworkwithyourparticularbaglengthsbyraisingorloweringtheconveyorliftatthehoistingcrank.
Adjusttheconveyorheightsothattheentirebottomofthebagissupportedwhenbeingfilledwithproduct.then,usingtheconveyorjack,slightly
raisetheendoftheconveyorsothatthebaghasextrasupportwhenithasreachedthehorizontalheatseal,thiswillhelpavoidstrwtchingoftheseal.
Theconveyormaybeadjustedhorizontallysothatthefilledbagwilleitherfallofftheengoftheconveyorjustafterthetearifforbemateduowith
anotherformoftransport.
Asyoupositiontheconveyorhorizontally,keepinmindtheimportancethattheentirebottomofthebagbesupportedwhileatthefillstation.
Toadjusttheconveyorhorizontally,loosenthefourhexnutsthatsecurethetwoholddowns,twoofthehexnutsfoundontheundersideofoneconveyor
supportandtheothertwonutsmountingtotheconveyorjack,ontheoppsiteconveyorsupport.slidetheconveyortothedesiredpositionandsecurein
placebytighteningthefourhexnuts.
3.14Perforatorbladeadjustmentorreplacement
Afteraperiodofmachineoperation,theperforatorbladewillneedtobeadjustedorreplaced.toadjustblade,loosenthefoursetscrewsontheperforator
holder,thenadjustthebladebylooseningthetwohexnutsandturningthetwohexheadboltsclockisetobringthebladeoutfurther.whentheblade
backupbecomesflushwiththeoutsideedgeoftheperforatorholderandthebladestilldosen’tperforatedeepenough,replacetheperforatorbladeand
siliconebackup.
