Preface
Thank you for purchasing our products! This manual is an integral part of the machine and it
is to furnish necessary information to those who are authorized to interact with it. In addition
to adopting good use techniques, the recipients must carefully read and strictly apply this
information.
Time dedicated to reading this information will avoid personal safety and health risks and
economic damages.
Keep this manual for the full machine life in a know and easily accessible place in order to
have it ready available in the even consultation is required.
XT series film wrapping machine adopts LLDPE stretch film as packing material to pack
large and heavy or artistic face package. By that way it can keep package from dust, damp
and damage. During transportation package won't scatter and fall down. It is widely used in
printing, paper making, chemical industry, food and transportation etc. Packed article is
compact and beautiful.

2. Specification
The automatic wrapping machinery is a newly developed intelligent packing machine, which
adopts PLC + LCD screen human-computer interface as control system and can carry out
various wrapping demands. It works steadily and easy to operate. The main electric
components are the famous brand products. It can be kept as long as 50 years.

The machine adopts PLC + four rows screen controller, which adopts human intelligentize
program. It has complete system operating indication and trouble-diagnosis protection
system, it can perform on-line monitoring and have intelligentize diagnosis, convenient for
customer's use and maintenance.
. 6 working modes are available, that's 5 automatic modes and 1 manual mode. It is easy
to operate and understand.
. The motors use stepless frequency variation technology, reduce power consumption and
save energy.
④ The film carriage adopts close loop self-adjusting technology, makes the wrapped
package packed even, beautiful, and it can be adapted to packing needs(10-2000kgs) of
different weight.
⑤Safe and good protection to people, the system has intelligent monitoring to its hardware,
and on the machine it has emergency stop button, in case urgency, just press the button and
cut off all actions of machine to guaranty safety to people

A. Auto Mode :
You can pre-set wrapping programs (top wrapping cycles, bottom wrapping cycles,
up&down times,middle enforce cycles and delay time) for any auto mode.
middle wrapping cycles setting range :1-9 cycles. If the pallet need a middle
enforcement, please press the "start"button manually at the place where you think it is the
middle pace to make more wraps.
c. Press top: Press "F1" to choose use or not use press top
d.Top sheet: Press "F2" to choose use or not use top sheet function
Note: When F2 is USE, after film carriage goes to the top and stop, wait for the operator to put a
top cover sheet for pallet. After putting the sheet, press start to continue the wrapping.

6. Operating preparation and trial wrapping.
A. Operating preparation
① Put film into its housing provided on the film carriage(refer to figure 6-1, figure 6-2
and figure 6-3). Turn on powers
②Make sure if the turntable is located at the starting place, film carriage is located at the
zero position, press top is located at the higher position of post, if needed, press F8 to
reset the above device.
According to wrapping needs, set wrapping parameter, including lower wrapping circle
number SET1, upper wrapping circle SET2 and cycles number SET3.
C. Trial wrapping
Put the package onto the turntable, adjust the turntable inverter INV1, up and down
inverter INV2 button(usually already adjusted well before it leaves factory), to make
packaged wrapped even and flat, tension even and speed steady and reach wrapping
crafts requirement. According to trial wrapping, record related date, and have normal
wrapping work, you can realize reasonable setting of parameters according to multi-trial
wrapping. After finishing trial wrapping operations, save the trial wrapping parameters
and you can start normal wrapping work.

9. Debugging
A. Preparation for debugging, supply power 220V 50HZ 10A, single-way, well connected to
ground
① After finish A and B, as per the capacity of the machine, you can test all functions
② If some troubles founded, you can settle them down as per the troubleshooting.
③ Set machine according to the weight, volume. Record your data for next formal
wrapping.
10. Maintenance
A. Use dry cloth and cleanser to make the machine clean. No any solvent and gas can be
used for Cleaning. No water is permitted to clean the machine, which will rust the machine.
Keep the surface well in order to improve the machine using life.
