Terms and conditions

Installation : Supply of unit only, installation and installation materials not included
Withholding of retention not applicable
Commissioning : Included within Metro Manila only
Standard charges of Php 3,500 per unit per day shall be applied in excess of the free days.
Terms : 30% Down payment 60% dated check prior to delivery
Delivery : Ex-stock for the FRENIC ACE subject to prior sales, approximately 4-6 weeks for FRENIC HVAC
after all technical and commercial issues have been clarified and upon receipt of Purchase
order and down payment. Delivery is within Metro Manila Only
Oder Cancellation: If cancellation is made after two (2) days of issuance or receipt of Purchase Order, a
cancellation fee of thirty (30%) percent of whole P.O. amount will be applied.
Warranty : One (1) year upon delivery against factory defect, force majure conditions and any form of
tampering shall void the warranty
Price Validity : 7 days, Subject to final confirmation.
