SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, BIENVENIDO A. ESTEBAN, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence address

at Brgy. San Josef, Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija do hereby appoint, name and constitute my brother
EDGAR L. ESTEBAN, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident also of Brgy. San
Josef, Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act for and in our
stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds and things, to wit:

1. To initiate the filing of the petition for the issuance of second owner’s copy of Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. NT.-284652;

2. To provide the necessary documents necessary for the said petition, and to testify at the
trial thereof from its inception until its conclusion;

3. To sign documents and papers in connection with the said petition;

4. To secure the Certificate of Finality upon adjudication of the said petition for
Reconstitution of Title for TCT No NT.-284652;

5. To submit the documents with the Registry of Deeds of Nueva Ecija and to receive the
reconstituted title for TCT No. NT.-284652;

6. To perform any and all relative acts for the fulfilment of the given authority.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every at and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as We might or could do if personally present,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that this said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
