Franchisee Operation
Primary Requirement of Franchisee

1. Shop size requirement: At least 150 Sft (Dhaka & Chittagong City) to 200 Sft (outside of
Dhaka & Chittagong city) ground floor front side shop

2. Before confirming of the shop company staff will visit the shop place to survey the
possibility of business

3. After survey, if the shop is primarily selected, after management approval both party will
sign MOU and on that time franchisee has to pay security deposit money Taka 2,25,000/
(Cross Cheque/A/C/ Payee) in favor of Kazi Food Industries Ltd

4. Total security deposit Taka 2,25,000/ (refundable). Company will provide working
condition Freezers, Fryer, Hot Plate, Kiosk against security deposit.

5. Shop design by company

6. Shop decoration will done (Floor & Kitchen Part Tiles, False Ceiling, Electric Works,
Painting, Chair & Table, Canopy etc) by Franchisee according to shop layout design

7. Marketing and Branding (Light box, bell sign, leaflet, t-shirt, cap, apron, packaging etc)
related work will provide by company

8. At least 2 employees needed for outlet operation which will be recruited by Franchisee
and training will given by company

9. If Franchisee close the outlet within one year company will deduct Taka 50,000/ from
security deposit and take back all equipment’s

Gross Profit Margin

1. Frozen and Ice-cream – 20% on MRP (Avg)

2. Fried Item: Ball, Sausage & Lollypop - 26% on MRP

Other Fried Items - 33% on MRP (Avg)

Papers Required

1. Passport size photo: 2 copy

2. Photocopy of NID
3. Trade license (if any/later)
4. Shop agreement
5. Bank solvency certificate
6. Cheque – Amounting-2,25,000/
