VISION
- Our ultimate version for inclusive education systems is to ensure that all
learners of any age, race, size, colour, ability or disability are provided with
meaningful, high-quality educational opportunities in their local community,
alongside their friends and peers,
MISSION
- All children can learn and reach their full potential given opportunity, effective
teaching, and appropriate resources.
GOALS
- The goal of an inclusive education system is to provide all students with the
most appropriate learning environments and opportunities for them to best
achieve their potential. All children can learn and reach their full potential
given opportunity, effective teaching and appropriate resources.
OBJECTIVES
- All the students shall be given the opportunity to participate in all aspects of
scholl life, subject to limitations based on reasonableness in each
circumstance.

V. SUMMARY
Inclusive education defines as the philosophy of accepting all children
regardless of what they are. Inclusive education allows students of all
backgrounds to learn and grow side by side, to benefit of all
Special education refers to the preparation of teaching procedures and
materials, and other interventions designed to address the needs of a
child with learning differences, giftedness and disabilities.
2019 Special Education Act incorporates a system of special education in
all public and private elementary and secondary schools nationwide for
children who has a special needs, institutionalizing the bureau of special
education, creating the implementing machinery thereof, providing
guidelines for government financial assistance and other incentives and
for other purposes.
