Procedure for Project Approval:

The applicant has to submit the completed forms attached and submit them to HDFC. Along with this
the applicant has to submit photocopies of the following documents and arrange for verification of the
Original documents at HDFC’s Office.

1. Photocopies of the Land owner’s title documents.

2. Development agreement /Agreement of sale / General Power of Attorney or any arrangement


between the land owner’s and the builder

3. Encumbrance Certificate for 13 years on the entire property

4. Link documents for the past 13 years linking the chain of transactions

5. Builder’s firm documents like partnership deed and firm registration certificate or if the builder is a
company, builder’s company papers like Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association,
Certificate of Incorporation and Company Resolution copy

6. Approved Plan copy with permission proceedings – 2 sets

7. Copy of Legal opinion if any obtained by the builder from an Advocate commenting on the land
owner’s Title

8. Project Brochure and location route Map

9. Cost Detailing

10. Payment Schedule

11. Retail Loans legal documentation - Drafts (e.g., draft sale deed, agreements etc)

12. KYC Documentation -

a. Self attested PAN card and address proof of the company

b. Signature & photo ID of the authorized signatory, attested by company secretary or Signature of
the Authorized Signatory duly attested by his Bankers along with the self attested photo ID.
