¾ Your login you currently use is transferrable to the new
site.
¾ Login procedures vary only in the “forgot my password”
area. You must enter your full email address twice- in the
User Name fields.
¾ You MUST login to view any secure area:

¾ Main committee pages are open to the public and are
only changeable by API staff.
¾ Less navigation to see what you want – ballot area,
meeting minutes, API Staff contact, committee
scope/mission all on one page
¾ Find the work groups on the left navigation area

of the page to previous pages

 Interactive Work Group Websites
¾ MUST login to view the work group sites you are a
participant on
¾ All active work group participants will have the ability to
upload and download materials from work group sites
• Active participants include: Chair, co-chair, vice-chair,
secretary, liaisons, members, and alternates
¾ Alert API staff for additional document libraries or other
Sharepoint features for your website.
 Changes from Current
Committee Site
¾ There is no longer a listing of all work groups for each of
the subcommittees
¾ You MUST login to see any secure pages
¾ You can only see the pages that exist for the work
groups for which you are an active participant
 ECS Committee Site Migration
¾ All ECS committee websites will fully be migrated to the
Sharepoint committee websites by July 6,2009.
¾ ECS SCs Status:
• ALL committee and subcommittee pages have been
migrated and are available. They are updated
through 2009.
• If you need a work group site set up or migrated
sooner rather than later, please contact API staff as
soon as possible.

¾ Allows inquirers to enter their queries online
¾ Sends inquiries to the appropriate API
associate
¾ Tracks status of inquiries, and tags to an
internal database
