First of all we would like to thank God for giving us the opportunity to complete this entrusted
task successfully. This assignment is produced in the form of a group of six members who work
together and work together to complete this assignment well, committed and responsibly. From
this task, we can gather new experiences where we manage a product sales in groups according
to their respective division of tasks. We would like to thank the lecturer for our special UPU
3222 Entrepreneurial Culture, namely Dr. Norsamsinar Binti Samsudin for having poured
knowledge to succeed and complete this task. Without her guidance, we may not be able to
perform this task well. She also always gave us support and encouragement to do this task
perfectly through theoretical learning by giving various examples to make it easier to understand
throughout the class. Her service and sacrifice we will never forget. Finally, we would also like

Our business has applied for registration under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
on 15 May 2022 under the name Muhammad Syahmi Bin Sibawaihi Our application is not charged
as we apply under the student incentive scheme. So, this application is activated free of charge after
the approval of SSM.

Syalmar Hijab is an online-based business. We use "Syalmar" to symbolize our products are
very stylish and simple. Our company is a small business run by 6 members of the group. We
decided to sell pom-pom and shawl type hoods. This hood is very easy to style and comfortable
to wear because the type of fabric used is cotton fabric. This type of fabric is more durable and
does not absorb heat when wearing it. Comfort is our main element first for before marketing
products. Furthermore, the colors we offer are also very unique and suitable for styling by any
color of the dress. We also give some free gifts to customers as a token of gratitude for the
purchase.

Syalmar Hijab is located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The exact address is at Lot 1523
Belakang Caltex, Taman MDK 2. 16450 Ketereh, Kelantan. Syalmar Hijab is located in a
strategic place where it is easy to meet suppliers and easy to post orders. Then, the order can
proceed quickly and new orders can come smoothly. This area is strategic as most of its
residential areas have many daughters. Thus, the marketing process will be easier to carry out. In
addition, his position is also close to the post office and the city center. This, allowing suppliers
to quickly ship items and purchase other accessories with ease such as business cards, zip locks,
and free gifts.

The company was founded by six owners who took on responsibilities in their respective

This aims to know the goals to be achieved so that a business has the direction to be achieved to
develop the business. Therefore, Syalmar Hijab Exclusive has set the vision and mission of this
business is for the company to achieve short -term and long-term targets.
COMPANY VISION:
The company's vision is to be a seller of "bawal cotton" and "cotton shawl" which are the craze
of women as a complement in their lives
COMPANY MISSION:
In the spirit of continuing to grow with the passage of time in the business, the following
missions are performed to achieve the ambitions and direction with the mission:
3. Provide a simple and effective system for the product buying and selling process.
We chose the clothing category for our business which is hijab. Our first collection of
products, known as the plain Bawal Collection (bidang 45) which costs RM 10. The second
collection is Shawl Cotton 1.8cm priced at RM 10 and our last collection is a hijab inner which
costs RM 5. These collections consist of a variety of colors with simple yet elegant designs. We
also offer quality service which is a combo set hijab and hijab inner which costs RM 13. Next,
freegift is also given for each customer's purchase. We produce this collection and sell it because
we believe that this product can be marketed to all ages especially women.
Society, especially women, has now lost its spark in the sense of fashion and self-esteem due
to the discomfort of wearing a hijab as a safety and legal measure. For example, most of the
hoods on sale are now difficult to style and require many accessories to wrap them around and
absorb heat. So the hood is not suitable to wear for outdoor activities. Therefore, bawal and
shawl hoods are the best items for eliminating the problem. Moreover, our products can also be
your daily accessory and make you more stylish and simple when enriching them.
In addition, we use Facebook and Instagram as our social media platforms to promote our
products. This is because Facebook and Instagram are the most widely used social media
worldwide. People can find more information about our products more easily through the
platform.

We also provide our customers with the website of our LinkTree. It will be easier for the
customers to contact or find us. This is the link to our LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/hijab_exc. We
have used Linktree to connect customers directly to the Administrative manager in order to
make it easier for customers to make gift box purchases. We have put Linktree on the bio
section of Syalmar Hijab Instagram business page.
4.4 WHATSAPP
We have provided a Whatsapp link directly from Linktree where customers can press the
gift box option or any questions and it connects customers directly with the Administrative
manager via Whatsapp number connection. By using this method, it can make it easier for
customers to make hijab purchases as well as customers can also find out more information
related to our hijab collection.

8.0 CONCLUSION
Social media is an excellent tool to use to promote small businesses. This has been proven by
many successful entrepreneurs who use social media to promote their products. Social media
provides many features to help business owners get publicity. Examples of social media sites that
are useful to business owners are Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
In today's world, using social media gives businesses an advantage over their competitors.
This is because social media can help business owners to reach people in no time. Additionally,
social media posts can be shared by customers to others. In this way, the business will quickly
become known to many people. Furthermore, social media allows business owners to keep up
with trends and connect with customers.
The social media platforms we use are Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp. The app provides
us with features for creating business pages. We use this page to promote our products and
contact our contact partners. In addition, we also use Instagram to post many photos of our
products and advertise them with discounts and promotions. This social media platform allows
us to create hashtags so that people can easily find our business pages. Meanwhile, the whatsapp
application is a platform for interacting directly with customers.
Social media is one of the best ways to reach a large audience. Features on social media allow
anyone to see our business, whether from their Facebook or Instagram feeds
Explore, customer can also follow our business page to be informed about sales and be a
long-lasting customer. Additionally, social media gives business owners the creativity to create
their own posts by editing them themselves. Social Media is also free to use unless business
owners choose to pay for social media platforms to create ads for them.

Social media also provides its users with many benefits. One of the benefits is that users can
practice copywriting skills. There are also some tips that can be used to ensure a successful
social media presence. One of them is to deliver consistently and communication with customers
is encouraged. By following similar businesses, customers can reach us faster. Additionally,
business owners can also follow our customers to get to know them better. The story feature on
Facebook and Instagram allows customers to tag a business and promote a business to their
friends.
In conclusion, this course has helped us gain experience as entrepreneurs. We have learned a
lot about business management. In addition, this knowledge will help us to do so.
