STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I am Sakshi Sharma from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I completed my higher secondary education
at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.3 Army Cantt Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
I possess decent drafting and writing skills. I have worked as an Independent Legal Intern at
Misui India Pvt Ltd. and drafted Guarantee Deed, Guarantee Policy, and Underwritings. I
have completed a course on Contract Drafting and Negotiations at Lawctopus Law School. I
did extensive research on Draft Competition Amendment Bill, 2020 while interning under the
able guidance of Adv. Sankalp Sharma. I am also working as a co-researcher on a Research
Paper which attempts to critically analyze the Draft Competition Amendment Bill, 2020. I
have impressive research skills. At present, I am working on SK Puri Internation Moot -
Justified 2022 as a researcher. Previously, I did International Maritime Arbitration Moot as a
Speaker.
My major commitments while working in the cell are doing my job in the best possible way,
not procrastinating the assigned work, learning, and gaining experience from my task. If
