We hope that this email finds you well. The Student Bar Association (“SBA”) is writing this
mail to bring to your notice the inconvenience faced by the students due to overgrown grass
in the campus. Since the students are back on the campus, the uncut grass poses plethora of
problems, not only relating to the health but also with regard to the safety of the students. Tall
grass is a breeding ground for bugs and snakes. Insects and local pests tend to appear when
grass gets overly high. Moreover, overgrown grass is susceptible to infection from a series of
other organisms.
Therefore, it is hereby requested to the concerned authorities to cut the same as soon as
possible in order to ensure the safety of the students and secure environment in the campus.
