Some people hold the opinion that endangered animals should deserve more

attention from authorities and individuals, while other people believe that great
importance needs to be attached to human beings instead of animals.From where I
stand,I am in favor of the idea that humans are of greater significance when compared
with animals.
The reasons why people call for greater attention for animals are as follows.
To begin with, endangered animals are on the verge of extinction , so protecting and
saving them are supposed to be done in a timely fashion. In return, it will also be
beneficial for our human being, such as in health care and biodiversity fields. For
instance,sea lions can help human beings to monitor what it is going on under the sea
where human are not capable to dive.
Alternatively, some people may claim, that human beings' lives are more
important.Especially there is a great number people who are suffering from
malnutrition and poverty,which we can not turn blind eyes to nowadays. Apart from
this cruel fact, human beings are intelligent creatures who can make decisions to
reduce pollution to the environment,such as making laws and inventing environment
friendly machines.
Therefore,only by prioritizing human’s needs first can we make this world a
harmonious world to live in.
To sum up, I am strongly convinced that we should take all the necessary
measures to address the human beings first and foremost. This way all the other living
creatures can persist for the future generations to come.
