STUDENTS’ FEEDBACK ABOUT THE LEARNING OUTCOMES

NOT ABOUT THE PROFESSOR

1. What is the most important knowledge were you able to generate from taking
_______ (cite the subject)? Please explain.

All of the knowledge I gained while studying this accounting subject is significant
to me because it enabled me to become more aware of the accounting industry.
Another critical concept I acquired in this subject is the importance of the
operating, investing, and financing activities recorded in the statement of cash
flows when evaluating a firm's performance and solvency.

2. Did the subject meet your expected learning outcomes? Why/why not?

Yes, it exceeded my expectations. All of the topics listed in our syllabus were
considered by us, and all of the learning objectives were met for the subject.

3. Were the contents/scope of the subject relevant to your objective? (e.g. to

become CIA, CPA, ACCA etc.) Why/why not?

Yes. I believe that what I've learned from Intermediate Accounting 3 will benefit
me in my future undertakings and as a Certified Public Accountant. By acquiring
the necessary information for assessing and managing money transactions and
other financial instruments, I will be able to perform well and contribute to the
advancement of the accounting sector.

4. Did the subject develop your competencies?

a) Persuasive Communication – Yes, since I am able to justify my responses

through recitations and writing assignments, which enables me to
persuade the individuals who will judge my responses.
b) Critical Thinking – Yes, since the difficulties we were given forced us to
think critically and thoughtfully.
c) Problem Solving – Yes, because I am now capable of doing a more critical
analysis of every situation.
d) Intellectual Curiosity – Yes, since as someone who enjoys dealing with
money, I am naturally fascinated about my subject.
e) Responsible Digital Citizenship – Although the issue was challenging, that
does not mean I should rant on social media, which I believe is not being a
responsible digital citizen.
f) Professionalism – Without a doubt, because this subject is preparing me
for a career in the business sector, where I will collaborate with other
specialists.
5. Did the subject encourage the students’ active involvement in learning? Why/why
not?

Yes, because the subject included a variety of fascinating tasks such as

completing practice test assignments, working with Excel, and, of course,
quizzes, all of which pushed us to engage fully in the subject.
