Feb 5th, 2022: Written Examination

Timing:

• 9 AM to 9:20 AM: Vaibhav Patil’s (VP and Head of India Tricentis) Session – Initial Company
Introduction
• 9:20 AM to 10:00 AM: Kapil’s Session (Director – Consulting) – Function Specific Introduction
• 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM – Written Examination on Hacker Rank (Link to be provided 5 minutes
before the interview)

General Aspects:

• Video On Mode and please do not leave the room until asked.
• Multiple Zoom Rooms With 30 candidates in each room
• Strictly Monitored and Observed
• While the assessment is ongoing, please make sure not to log out before the time ends

Exam Sections:

1. Programming Section: 1 hour 15 minutes (the queries are going to be generic, candidates will
be able to program them in a programming language of their choice, so no constraints from
program specific perspective)
2.
a. Programming Problem Solving: 5 questions
b. Analytical: 5 questions
c. Project Development Methodology: 1 Question
3. General: 45 minutes
a. Personality related questions: 5

Feb 6th, 2022: Interview Round (Only for the top shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will be
contacted)

Timing: 8 AM to 1 PM

• Number of Panels: 4 (1 Programmer + 1 General)

• Duration of each discussion: 45 minutes
• Questions related to programming will be asked programming evaluation

Feb 6th, 2022: Presentation Round (Only the top shortlisted candidates from Round 2 will be
contacted)

Timing: 2 PM to 6 PM

• Number of Panelists: 2
• Topics will be shared at the beginning of the round
• Candidates will be provided with 1.5 hours of time to prepare a presentation during the call with
video ON mode
• 15 minutes for each candidate will be allotted to present their slides
Feb 8th: Final Round (Management round)

• Timing: 8:30 AM
• Discussion with HR team for 15 minutes with each candidate
