November 15, 2023, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM – Preliminary program (Main Pitching Room 1)
9:31 AM to 12:00 PM – Competition Proper (various Pitching Rooms 1 to 5)
12:01 to 12:30 PM – Tabulation of results (Main Pitching Room 1)
12:31 to 1:00 PM – Announcement of winners (Main Pitching Room 1)

Inventure entry
The video pitch shall contain the following:
a. Venture Name and Logo
b. Goals for solution
c. Problem Statement
d. Product/ service
e. Target Market
f. Competitive Advantage
g. Venture Tagline
h. Financial components (Capital needed and P&L
forecast)
Inventure entry
• Time limit: 3 minutes
For every excess of 30 seconds = five-point deduction in the final team score

• Must be recorded in a normal speed

• The participating team shall ensure that the pitching material submitted is working properly.
If in any case, the submitted material is corrupted, they will be automatically disqualified
from the competition.

• Late registration, late submission of entries and changing of entries after the submission
deadline will not be entertained.

Competition Proper
II. Competition will be done via simultaneous
meeting rooms
• All groups will have Q and A during the
competition day (Marketing, Technical and
Financial Aspect)
• Group participants must be in their breakout
session rooms 15 minutes before their schedule.

 3 mins - video pitch presentation
 8 mins – Q and A
 4 mins – technical allowance
• Participants must open their camera all
throughout the presentation

Be mindful of the submission time for the competition grade. We cannot


tabulate the competition results if there are incomplete grades.

Technical, Marketing and Financial Aspect The competition questions


shall be provided by the
panelist. It must be within
the scope of the assigned
area only.

Maximum of two (2) questions per group A follow-up question may


participant - one question per panelist only be allowed upon the
consent of the moderator
and if there is time
remaining allotted to the
concerned panelist.
