    HACKATHON RULEBOOK

    OVERVIEW
    A hackathon is a competition where a team of at least 2 members (maximum 4 members) collaborates and works
    towards developing a complete product by the end of the competition using any platform. Participants will have 36
    hours (about 1 and a half days) of time to get their product ready. All the required facilities, including one bed for each
    team, meals, breakfast, internet, and coffee will be provided at regular intervals. Participants are requested to bring
    multiplugs.

    EVENT THEME DECLARATION


    SCHEDULE CHAPTER-1

    Theme for Hackathon will be declared and 1 hour of discussion


    Wednesday, 29th Mangsir
    and preparation time (approx.) will be given.
    13:00-15:00 Team Arrival
    Participants must submit their ideas on a piece of paper.
    15:00-17:00 Theme Declaration
    CHAPTER-2
    17:00-18:00 Submission of Initial
    After completion of the first phase, participants start coding straight

    6:00 Submission of Code and (about 1 and a half days) time.

    Presentation CHAPTER-3

    Rest After completion of 36-hour coding time, participants must submit


    the copy of their product and presentation to the organizing

    Saturday, 3rd Poush committee.

    Presentation in front of Judging Participants will be called the day after for their presentation.
    Participants will be provided with 10 minutes for their presentation
    Panel
    and demo of their product.
    ENTRY FEE JUDGING CRITERIA

    For ACES and EXCESS members: 2,500. Here's what to be looked for in the winning formula:
    For others: 3,000.
    Entry fee payment must be done through Relevance- Is your solution relevant to the theme ?

    Technical ability- How complex are your solutions and are you
    able to make your audience understand your solution easily?

    point of view?

    Note: Water and Caffeine will be served as per the needs of Participants. And participants are requested to present their idea in the
