Respected faculty members,

The theme for Robocon 2022 is the Indian game of Lagori . India being the host this year for
the international competition, IIT Delhi will be conducting it. The final round will be conducting on
August 21,2022. The dates for the preliminary stages are yet to be declared .

Initially the newly recruited students will be in the learning phase for a period of 20 to 25 days where
they will learn about different mechanisms, sensors, actuators, how interface them, where to use
them as well some branch specific topics. This process will be initiated immediately after the insem
examination. Once they are competent enough, the execution for the plan of action given below will
begin.

Plan of Action:

 Based on the theme for the competition we will split the entire game round into different
tasks
 These tasks will further be divided with respect to the domains involved
 A separate team of members will be appointed for every subtask
 The job of these teams will be to come up with a solution towards their task.
 While coming up with the solution, the team members should simultaneously identify the
industrial support required.
 The teams should come forth with a presentation to explain their solution, required industry
support, their work process.
 The ppt should include the details of the corresponding industry, their area of expertise,
their end product, block diagram for the execution plan
 After this a meeting is to be held with the concerned faculties and the technical consultant
for the VI group Mr.Niranjan Upadhye where we will present the our entire approach
towards the event with proper documentation

We request you to hold the presentation meeting in the first week of December as we will be the
above presentation by then.
