Our studio works very closely with charities and organizations in order to
help those fighting cancer. On top of our December and June
performances, we perform once a month to help donate towards cancer
organizations. Each month we dance for a different type of cancer and all
ticket costs and raffles go towards the organization we chose. We dance for
ovarian cancer in September, breast cancer in October, stomach cancer in
November, lung cancer in December, cervical cancer in January, National
Cancer Prevention month in February, multiple myeloma in March, head
and neck cancer in April, melanoma and skin cancer in May, National
Cancer Survivor month in June, sarcoma and bone cancer in July, and
thyroid cancer in August. Also, for every performance we wear the color of
the ribbon the cancer represents itself with.
