Course Objectives:
The objective of the course is to:
familiarize the learners with the basics of ecology, the ecological processes & the
importance of ecology in day to day life.
discuss the basics of Ecosystem and structure of Ecosystem
provide an insight into Biodiversity at Global, national and Local level
enhance the knowledge of the learners about the different types of pollution, their
origin and the possible ways to overcome them
explore the different resources of the Earth, which form the base of tourism
attraction at any destination
