Subject: Approved rates for various activities for Term-I Examinations 2021-22-reg.

Madam/Sir,

Term-I examinations for session 2021-22 were conducted by the Board as a special
measure considering the prevailing conditions of the Covid pandemic. As for the first
time, CBSE has conducted assessment on the objective type format, hence, schools have
performed many new tasks for the successful and smooth conduct of examinations.

For these activities, the Board has approved new rates for the payment to the
schools and other stakeholders. Also, as there were more than 15000 examination centres
in Term-I examinations, hence, for the purpose of “Ease of doing Business”, CBSE is in
the final stage of rolling out Integrated Payment System especially meant for Term-I
examinations. This system will ensure immediate payment to the examination centres
and to other stakeholders soon the bills are filled in by them directly in their Bank
Account.
