Taking cash flows & preparation and submission of consolidated as well as standalone financial
statements to auditors (statutory, internal and other statutory bodies) within prescribed time frame ,
analyzing companies strengths & weaknesses and looking over various statistical data received from
accounts department and allocation of funds requested by different departments for smooth
operations.
To observe returns earned on average capital deployed during year and evaluate various fundamental as
well as technical analytical tools like ROE, ROCE, and other ratio analysis methods and to state policy to
overcome discrepancies (if any) and to form new and innovative financial policies to improve companies
performance

Being CFO financial institute we get to learn daily new legal provision and procedures and formalities
we daily learn some new financial analysis and improvement techniques
WHAT IS WORST PART OF YOUR JOB?
Understanding new legal provisions , less effective IT infrastructure of various govt. websites and
complexity of legal provisions and a lot of amendments in acts and not achieving due dated and
deadlines for Compliance. Sometimes we have to work in holidays as well as have to work after office
hours to meet dead lines.
HOW DO YOU DO PLANNING FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT?
Firstly we set specific targets of asset under distribution and demat trading volume and accordingly
sales team fixes role of various marketing executives and independent distributors to achieve specified
targets.

HOW DO YOU DO EXECUTE PLANNING FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT? We have formed PFR
(Planning ,forecasting, reporting ) committee that conducts various survey for all departments their
proposed financial requirements and takes reports on previous performances from accountable
executives.
