General Mechanical comments for CHILLERS

1-Provide certificate of performance from the factory.

2-Provide certification letter from manufacturer stating that the chiller has been through startup procedures
and that it is functioning properly.
3-Provide written manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labour for compressor or motor failures within
period of 5 years.
4-Provide certificate of origin.
5-confirmation about evaporator of chiller works on variable speed pump
6-Provide services of a factory authorized service representative to supervise the field assembly of
components and installation of chillers, including piping and electrical connections, and to report results in
writing.
8-Provide factory authorized service representative to start chillers and to demonstrate and train owner's
maintenance personnel.
