Access doors of 25 mm thickness with double walled and

mineral wool insulation. Designed to provide access to fire
dampers, volume control dampers, filters, etc.

Type ZADH
Continuous hinge on one edge. One camlock on opposite
edge up to 350 mm.
Two camlocks on opposite edge on larger sizes.

Installation Method
 Installation Method

Method statement for installation is as follows:

O 1. Cut opening in the ductwork to dimensional detail in Table

1 appropriate for the size of access panel to be fitted

2. Place the access panel frame in the cut aperture. Ensure

the frame is fully pushed into the aperture to compress the
02 frame seal against the ducting and knock over the fishtab
cut outs to fix the frame

0. Locate the access panel in the frame and positively

close using cam lock fasteners

Low leakage double skinned access panels and frames, all

in galvanized sheet steel to BS EN 10142 1991 FE PO
2GZ275NA. Panel to be filled with 25mm thickness mineral
fiber. Frame to be complete with fishtabs/cutouts for duct
fixing and PVC (quick recovery) seals between frame and
duct and panel and frame.
