1- As per design schedules entering/ leaving water temperature should be the same as submitted at
computer selection.
2-provide fan performance curves of selected fans.
3-No information is submitted about the used fans (manufacturer,model,country of origin and AMCA
Certificate).
4-The contractor must submit static pressure calculations to verify that the quoted static pressure for each unit
will cover the actual requirments as per the approved units and ducts layout.
5-cotractor to ensure that selected/proposed units can be accommodated in available space complete with
connections, space and acess for proper maintenance without affecting other services.
6-In computer selection altitude is zero M,while actual altitude of project is 74 M.
7-All selected models must be provided with temerature controllers.
8-cabinet and enclosure color to be selected by Architecture engineer as specified for exposed units.
9-Filter data sheet should be submitted.
10-Origin and manufacturer of blower motors should be submitted.
11-F.C.U coil connection (Left or Right) to be verified by contractor upon shop drawing.
12-submit relevant documents or certificates to show that supplier is comply with mentioned standard in
specs.
13- Warranty certificate has to commence from substantial completion.
14-Size of extended drain pan size should be suitable to included fan coil valves and strainer.
