Preface

ZAMZAM air range of drum Jet diffusers are high air capacity
terminals designed for applications requiring a long jet throw. They are
ideally suited for exposed duct or sidewall installations in sports
complexes, factory workshops and warehouses. The drum and guide
vanes can be adjusted to give full jet spread and directional control,
enabling the diffuser to be set up for optimum conditions in both
heating and cooling modes.

In addition, to promote rapid diffusion in the vertical plan and reduce jet
throws, a further set of adjustable blades can be fitted across the width
of the drum outlet. The diffuser drum and frame are robustly
constructed from anodized aluminum extrusions and incorporate brush
strips to provide a low friction air tight seal.

Technical data

-Zamzam drum jet diffuser is specially

designed for large airflow and long throw, for use in big rooms like
airports, theatres, hospitals and shopping centers.

Types:

- ZAD: With one row of adjustable blades.

-ZAS: With two rows of adjustable blades.

Description

-It consists of fixed outer frame, adjustable inner core and blades.

-The drum can be adjusted up to 30° upward or downward.

-The blades can be adjusted up to 45° right or left.

-Due to its large opening area, it provides maximum air flow with
minimum pressure drop and low noise level.

-Suitable for exposed ductwork or surface mounted.

Finish

Standard finish in electro-static powder coating.

Installation & Fixing:

Usually in a wall (for heating and cooling purposes). Installation in

ceiling is recommended only for heating. Installation in visible air ducts is
also possible.

The fixing is with visible screws, which are mounted in countersunk

holes in the frame of the diffuser.
