1. I have learned that the Schistosoma fluke is the only fluke that only has a single intermediate host,
which is the snail and all other flukes have two intermediate hosts.

2. I have gained knowledge knowing there are distinct differences between the sexes of worms in terms
of their characteristics. The female was thought to be long and thin, whereas the male was regarded to
be short and thick.

3. It has been brought to my attention that blood flukes are often referred to as the romantic parasites.
This is due to the fact that male and female blood flukes are always spotted together.

4. I concluded that the most majority of trematodes acquire their hosts through raw meat, while
processed meat only accounts for a very small percentage of transmissions.

5. I have comprehend that the mode of transmission of all flukes was through ingestion except blood
flukes.
