WISC Corporation
Overview

WISC Corporation is an international Skills Development Certification Body that is


incorporated by the Strategic Association of Professional Training-Consulting
Organisations (SAPTCO Singapore)

The WISC system is developed as an international skills certification system with the
assurance of quality, best practices and reputation of Singapore TAE branding

Primary objective is to address the needs of training organisations going abroad with a
reputable certification

Also to support the manpower skilling needs of Singapore enterprises establishing their
operations in overseas countries
About WISC
• Competency-based certification in skills development, training and
assessment

• Designed for use by training providers for international certifications

• WISC certification is aligned to Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications


(WSQ) systems and complementary to overseas countries where there
are existing national skills certification systems

• WISC will also design and develop joint certification systems to align and
map with other National Skills Frameworks such as Indian’s NSQF,
AQRF
