Overview
The WISC system is developed as an international skills certification system with the
assurance of quality, best practices and reputation of Singapore TAE branding
Primary objective is to address the needs of training organisations going abroad with a
reputable certification
Also to support the manpower skilling needs of Singapore enterprises establishing their
operations in overseas countries
About WISC
• Competency-based certification in skills development, training and
assessment
• WISC will also design and develop joint certification systems to align and
map with other National Skills Frameworks such as Indian’s NSQF,
AQRF
