Note:

- If Purchaser asked to grant PA to 3rd party (to act as his Attorney in dealing with his property),
advise: yes, can do so, but advisable to do so after POT & POC. Because after POT done, Title will
register in Purchaser’s name and not Developer’s name. Only then PA can be registered in land
office on the title (registered in name of purchaser).
