Company Management
The highest governing body is the General assembly of
shareholders which executive body is Supervisory.
Company is managed by General manager and executive
directorsi elected by Supervisory Board.
Management of the Company consists of professional and
experienced staff .

Heat treatment
Isothermal annealing
It is performed in flow-through furnace isothermal annealing in a protective
atmosphere (egdo-gas) with the automatic control of the process.
Maximum dimensions of parts: length 600 mm, diameter 600 mm.

Ion nitrating
Ion nitrating in plasma vacuum is increasing surface hardness, wear resistance,
toughness a hard layer, dynamic endurance, strength at elevated temperatures in parts of
structural, alloyed, tool steel and heat resistant after final machining without changing
the measure.
Depending on the type of steel achieved the following results :
- hardness of the 500 to 1200 HV,
- Depth of the diffusion layer from 0,1 to 0,4 mm.
Induction hardening
Hardening of gears, toothed shaft measuring ranges up to 4000
mm diameter, height up to 2500 mm,
teeth model from10 to 30mm, maximal weight up to 5000 kg.

SYSTEM
Power pack MPP is autonomous unit of modular type, intended for upgrading
of tanks of mid categories (T54, T55, T59, T62), easy for maintenance and
replacement.
Power pack is composed of support, engine 574 kW and its parts, transmission
and system for electric starting and air starting.
Conception of MPP provides very simple replacement that can be carried out
for less than 30 min. in field conditions with universal tool and crane of 50 kN.
Gear shifting can be carried out manually, semiautomatic and automatic which
makes steering of the vehicle easier a great deal.
Control of work parameters of engine and transmission is electronic by means
of start-stop device. In that way, complete protection of MPP is achieved.
