Flame spray system, model FS-15

Compact flame spraying equipment, model FS-15, is designed for spraying of

corrosion-resistant, anti-friction coatings in the manufacturing, as well as in case of
repair and restoration of parts and assemblies for various purposes. The standard set
provides the ability to work not only by manually, but also as part of automatic and
robotic spraying system.

 Main control unit
Metal housing, which include power supply and control elements. On the face
plate of housing there are controls and feed indicator. Control unit is designed for
stepless regulation of feed velocity, showing her value on the digital display.
Dimensions: 320 х 260 х 160 mm (LхWхH). Weight: 4,8 kg.
FS-15 gun

The most modern gun with electrical motor for wire feed, which allow to using
this gun for wires with high and low melting points without changing the gun or gun
parts. Gun nozzle has two dimension types – for wire with Ø1,8 and Ø3,17. The Gun
can be used for manual, automatic and robotic operation. The gun weight is 2,6 kg.

Gas control unit

Gas control unit contains of parts – air

filter and rotameter, the main purpose is
cleaning of supplying compressed air and
regulation of supply fuel gas and oxygen.

is 3 kg.

 Extender (Option):

Extender is designed for deposit coatings on the inlet detail surface with
diameter not less than 110 mm. It also allows to deposit coatings on the face, as well
as on the cylindrical surface with appropriate equipment set.

There are several type of extender with following length:
