This study examines the correlation between age, education, parity, job, income, distance, knowledge and inactive participation in antenatal care visits (K1-K4) among pregnant women in Genuk, Semarang, Indonesia. Data was collected through questionnaires with 40 pregnant women in their third trimester. The results found no significant correlation between age, education, parity, job, income, distance and inactive participation. However, there was a significant correlation found between knowledge and inactive participation, with 57.5% of respondents exhibiting less than adequate knowledge. The study concludes knowledge is an important factor in ensuring pregnant women actively participate in the recommended antenatal care visits.

Background: The problem of AKI in Indonesia still high in year 2012 healthy minister has launch progam Expending Maternal and Neonatal Survival for decreasing mother death and neonatal. Indicate seize of K1-K4 is pregnant women who suggested to get antenatal service based on standar, that is at least four times based on schedule which suggested. Purpose: This research is to know the relation between age, education, parity, job, income, distance and knowledge with passivement pregnant women in visiting ANC K1-K4 at publick health center in Genuk. Methods: This reseach is analitical research with use Cross Sectional plan. The subject of research is fourty pregnant people trimester III at publick health center in Genuk Semarang City. Variable bound is nothing to take part of pregnant women to collect data use questioner. Statistic test uses Chi Square and Fisher Exact correlation. Result: as much as 92,5% respondent 20-35 years old and 7,5% responden > 35 years old, as much as 55% responden have education in senior high school 40% responden have education in elementary school and 5% respondent have education in university. As much as 62,5% parity respondent <3 and 37,5% parity responden >3. As much as 52,5% respondent unwork, 37,5% respondent private working and 10% respondent as labourer. As much as 70% income of respondent <1.685.000 and 30% >1.685.000. The distance of respondent <5 km is 97,5% and 2,5% >5 km. As much as 57,5% responden < knowledge,17,5% have enough, and 25,0% have good knowledge. Visiting ANC is not complete as much as 72,5% and complete visiting ANC are 27,5%. Conclution: there is no correlation significant between age, education, parity, job, income, distance, and there is significant correlation between pregnant women knowledge in visiting ANC K1-K4.
